WHAT WE DO
TJP Design Group, LLC. is a full-service residential design firm heavily influenced by historic precedent and contemporary innovation. From the first line drawn through the final brush stroke, our team carefully considers how every detail both informs and supports the composition and meets the needs of its occupants. We believe firmly the client has a voice that needs to be heard. After all, we won't be living in the house, you will.
NOT EVERY BUILDING IS ARCHITECTURE
For a building to qualify as Architecture it must serve its occupants in function, performance and aesthetic. The built world should be an extension of nature, inspired by nature in proportion and purpose. Our homes meet their occupants physical needs and well as their desire to have their hearts warmed by beauty.
METHOD
Our design process is built on a foundation of listening and respect. Early in the process we utilize precedent studies, careful listening and sketching as a way to understand and ultimately achieve each client's hopes, dreams and interests. As the client-designer relationship matures, the Architecture falls into place.
